We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information (email address, password)
• Organization profile information (name, type, sector, description)
• Form submissions used to generate AI results
• Meeting notes and contact information you log
• Messages sent through OrgConnect

We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, features used, and search counts.

2. How we use your information

• To provide and improve the Peruzr service
• To generate AI-powered recommendations tailored to your organization
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
• To display your public org profile in the OrgConnect directory (if you choose to make it public)
• To respond to support requests

3. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Supabase — our database and auth provider. Data is stored securely.
• Anthropic — your form submissions are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate AI results. Anthropic's data use policy applies.
• Other OrgConnect users — your public org profile is visible to other logged-in Peruzr users if you set it to public.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., billing records).

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. All authentication is handled by Supabase. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card numbers.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request this, email us at support@peruzr.app. You may also delete your account directly from your account settings.

7. Cookies

Peruzr uses cookies only for authentication session management (via Supabase). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's privacy

Peruzr is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of Peruzr after changes constitutes acceptance.
