1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Peruzr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Peruzr is an AI-powered platform that helps organizations find funding opportunities, sponsors, partners, and growth strategies. The Service includes FundingMatch, PartnerHub, SponsorBoard, GrowthAdvisor, MeetingTracker, and OrgConnect modules.
3. User accounts
You must create an account to access most features of Peruzr. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscription and billing
Peruzr offers a free tier with limited searches, a Pro subscription ($29/month or $249/year), and a Concierge service ($997 one-time). All payments are processed by Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
5. AI-generated content
Peruzr uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, matches, and strategies. These results are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited uses include: attempting to reverse engineer the platform, scraping or harvesting data in bulk, using the Service to harm others, submitting false or misleading information, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of Peruzr — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Peruzr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
Peruzr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peruzr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or missed funding opportunities.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
